At Forever Care Disability Centre, we offer a range of services provided by experienced support workers, nursing staff, and property managers, including Supported Independent Living (SIL). SIL services empower you to live independently, giving you control over how you want to live and manage your life. We support you in managing daily tasks and personal needs, helping you develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible at home.

With 24-hour support, SIL is invaluable for those needing more assistance than their informal support network can provide. If SIL is included in your NDIS plan, you can receive round-the-clock support with:

• Household tasks like cooking and cleaning
• Accessing social and community activities
• Personal care
• Travelling to and attending appointments

Residential tenancy agreements and rent are payable according to NDIS SIL guidelines. Forever Care Disability Centre is here to help you find alternative housing that meets your individual needs, with capacity-building assistance also available to support you.
